When the Bank sells foreign currency in cash, no fee will be charged to the Pension Fund, however, when purchasing/selling non-cash foreign currency, such a fee will be charged.

You can exchange 1,000 US dollars for hryvnias in our Bank. In executing the foreign currency purchase/sale transaction from/to individuals who are non-residents of Ukraine, you must produce a document proving your identity and citizenship. The back-exchange transaction of cash hryvnias for foreign currency for individuals who are non-residents of Ukraine is carried out based on a certificate under form No. 377 issued by the Bank’s cash department to the non-resident individual to confirm the execution of the foreign-currency purchase transaction from him/her for cash hryvnias (the certificate is valid for a period of 6 months from its issue date).

•Can I exchange a 2-Euro coin in your Bank?

PRAVEX-BANK PJSCCB does not exchange foreign currency coins for hryvnias, as such foreign currency coins are not attributed to foreign currency with respect to which banks are obliged to carry out currency exchange transactions.

•At what rate can I buy 2,000 US dollars in your Bank? Is there any discount available in such a case?

PRAVEX-BANK PJSCCB provides you with the possibility of exchanging currency both through hryvnias and by conversion, i.e., at a cross rate (ratio between the rates of two foreign currencies). In this case,

conversion is made at the cross rate established by the NBU. When the Bank converts into Euros, a commission fee of 1.5% is charged. Such commission fee depends on the type of converted currencies and can range from 1 to 3 percent;
