Is it possible to open a pension account with Pravex-Bank if my pension card is lost or unavailable?

If, in connection with certain conditions, a pension card is unavailable, a pension account may be opened, provided that a certificate from the Pension Fund in which the pensioner is registered is available.

Will pension payment be delayed in the course of opening a pension account?

In the course of opening a pension account, pension payment will not be delayed, as the Pension Fund only makes accruals beginning from the first day of the following month.

Where will pension amounts be transferred during the opening of a pension account?

At the time of opening a pension account, pension amounts will be transferred to the relevant branch post office.

How is it possible to receive information regarding the receipt of pension amounts?

You can receive any information with respect to the receipt of a pension: by calling the Bank’s Information Center at 201-16-17 (from Kyiv) or 0-800-500-4-50 (free of charge from fixed-line phones in Ukraine), by applying to the outlet by which the pension account was registered, as well as using SMS banking and e-mail.

Does the Pension Fund accrue any additional benefits, for example, those devoted to Independence Day, and will they be paid together with pension amounts?

All payments will be made by the Pension Fund to the pension account.

In Pravex-Bank, is it possible to receive, in addition to a pension, benefits for victims of the Chornobyl NPP disaster; is it possible to receive these payments on a card account?

All payments assigned by other social security departments will be made subject to the presentation of a certificate of designation of relevant types of benefits from the state.

If a pensioner is employed, in what period will a pension payment be made?

The Pension Fund pays pensions to employed pensioners in the second payment period (from the 22nd to 28th day of each month); within one transaction day PRAVEX-BANK JSCB credits pension amounts to pensioners’ accounts pursuant to Pension Fund lists.

Yes, he/she is entitled, subject to the consent of one of his/her parents (adoptive parents) or guardians.

What payment cards are offered to a client when opening a pension account?

Pensioners are serviced using Visa Electron, Visa Classic Domestic, MasterCard Electronic, MasterCard Standard, Visa Classic, MasterCard Gold, Visa Gold, and Visa Prepaid payment cards.

If an account is opened by a pensioner who, because of his/her religious convictions, rejects acceptance of an identification number, will the pension account be opened?

Yes, it will, subject to official notification thereof of the relevant state authorities — a mark must be placed in the passport confirming the right to carry out any payments without an identification number.
