PRAVEX-BANK: SERGEY NAUMOV IS APPOINTED AS A CHAIRMAN OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

The Supervisory Board of PRAVEX-BANK (Bank of Intesa Sanpaolo Group), chaired by Silvio Pedrazzi, on July 8^th, 2010 has appointed  Sergey Naumov as the Chairman of the Management Board of PRAVEX-BANK, who will start performing his duties on  September 6^th, 2010.

Sergey Naumov was born in 1969. His working experience on managerial positions in Ukraine's banking system is about 15 years. From 2006 to 2008 he was holding the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Ukrsibbank and from 2008 till July 2010 he acted as its Chairman of the Management Board. Up to 2006 he covered various positions at Raiffeisenbank Ukraine, the last one as Head of the Corporate Division.

Silvio Pedrazzi, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PRAVEX-BANK, commented on the appointment: "The Supervisory Board of PRAVEX-BANK has considered Mr. Naumov's profile, his reputation on the local market and his business attitude as the requested ground for sharing and implementing shareholders' plans. I'm absolutely  confident on the fact  that Mr. Naumov will find in Pravex as part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group all the conditions to achieve the expected results."
