List of necessary documents
For the opening of a securities account, the investment manager must provide the following documents:
- application for opening a securities account;
- securities account questionnaire;
- securities account holder questionnaire;
- copy of investment fund and investment manager state registration certificate, notarized or authorized by the body that issued such state registration certificate;
- copy of a certificate of investment fund and investment manager registration with the USREOU, notarized or authorized by the authority that issued the said certificate;
- copy of the registered constituent documents of the investment fund and investment manager, notarized or authorized by the body that registered the same;
- copies of notarized documents confirming appointment to the position of the person who is entitled to act on behalf of the investment fund or investment manager without power of attorney;
- original or copy of the power of attorney of the securities account manager, issued and signed by the General Director of the investment manager and sealed by the account holder, if the account manager is not the investment manager's General Director;
- original or duly authorized copy of the document with settlement account information and bank details for the bank with which the investment fund settlement account is opened;
- list of authorized signatures of securities account managers, sealed by the investment manager and confirmed by the General Director of the investment manager;
- copy of the Investment Fund Management Agreement entered with the investment management;
- copy of the license for carrying out professional activities on the stock market - securities trade activities issued to an investment manager;
- copy of the investment declaration and information on the investment securities issue, registered with the State Securities and Stock Market State Commission;
- list of founders and other affiliates of the investment fund, confirmed by the investment manager.
