List of necessary documents

For opening a securities account for a non-governmental pension fund, a person who manages the assets of a pension fund must provide the following documents:

1. application for opening a securities account;
2. securities account questionnaire;
3. account holder questionnaire;
4. copy of the pension fund state registration certificate, notarized or authorized by the body that issued such state registration certificate;
5. copy of the financial institution state registration certificate issued to the pension fund, notarized or authorized by the body that issued such state registration certificate;
6. copy of the account holder state registration certificate with the respective bodies authorized to perform state registration, notarized or authorized by the body that issued such state registration certificate;
7. copy of the certificate of the legal entity's registration with the USREOU, notarized or authorized of the authority that issued the said certificate;
8. copy of the registered pension fund Charter, notarized or authorized by the body that registered such Charter.
9. copies of notarized documents confirming the powers of persons who are entitled to act on behalf of a pension fund without power of attorney;
10. copy of the registered constituent document of the account holder, notarized or authorized by the body that registered it;
11. copies of the documents confirming the appointment to the position of the persons entitled to act on behalf of the account holder without power of attorney;
12. original or copy of the power of attorney of the securities account manager, issued and signed by the General Director of the account holder and sealed by the account holder, if the account manager is not the account holder;
13. copy of the Agreement on pension fund asset management;
14. copy of the license for carrying out professional activities on the stock market - institutional investor asset management (asset management activities);
15. copy of the investment declaration;
16. original or duly authorized copy of the document with settlement account information and bank details for the bank with which a settlement account is opened;
17. list of authorized signatures of securities account managers, sealed and confirmed by the General Director of the account holder.
