List of necessary documents for opening a securities account for an individual:
- application for opening a securities account;
- securities account questionnaire;
- order for opening a securities account;
- copy of the certificate on the granting of an identification code.
- card with securities account holder signature sample, notarized or signed in the presence of a depositary transaction department specialist;
An individual shall also present his passport or other identity document according to the requirements of the law.
