An individual client for currency exchange operations with cash in an amount not exceeding 150 000 UAH. or its equivalent in foreign currency, you must provide:

- Passport of citizen of Ukraine, Ukrainian passport for travel abroad, a passport of another country, issued in Ukraine identity without citizenship traveling abroad or refugee certificate.

One client for one operational (working) days may make purchases of foreign currency cash in the bag, which is equivalent to less than 150 000 UAH. (Transactions for the sale of cash foreign currency in the amount that equals or exceeds the equivalent of 150 000 UAH., The Bank is prohibited). In carrying out operations in an amount that equals or exceeds $ 150 000 UAH., By purchase from individuals - residents and non-cash foreign currency in cash hryvnia, as well as the reverse exchange of individuals - non-residents of unused cash hryvnia to foreign currencies, buying and sale of traveler's checks for cash foreign currency, the hryvnia and, in conversion (exchange) foreign currency of a foreign state for cash currency of another country is carried out procedure for identifying an individual in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

3. Conversion transactions.
If you need to exchange foreign currency cash of one country for the currency of another country, PRAVEX-BANK offers conversion transactions (for US dollars, Euros, pounds). Foreign currency conversion is carried out according to the cross-course defined through the officially established NBU exchange rate of the UAH to the respective currencies for the transaction day.

Currency conversion transactions are carried out in the Bank cash offices and outlets. The client pays the commission for conversion operations

•Currency conversion tariffs.

The tariff for the transaction, "Conversion of the cash currency of one country into the cash currency of another country" is 2% of the converted currency amount, VAT excluded.

You can perform the operation "Converting cash foreign currency of one state to other foreign currency of other state" on individual rate. The amount of rate depends on foreign currency amount subject to conversion.  

The tariff will be charged in the national currency at the official NBU exchange rate for the transaction day.

4. Exchange of worn and disabled notes.

In PRAVEX-BANK, you can always quickly exchange worn notes for payable notes of the necessary denomination. Stained, worn, or otherwise spoiled notes of any denomination are accepted whether from individuals or from legal entities. The signs that notes are not payable are defined according to the approved list of the signs of note insolvency for foreign currency, drafted by the Bank according to the requirements of the issuing banks and NBU.

You can carry out an exchange immediately, receiving quality, payable notes.

The bank commission for the issuing of cash on the notes submitted for collection starts from 5%* of the amount in the currency.

If the foreign currency notes are very worn (worn to a great extent), are disabled, or have manufacturer defects, you'll be able to exchange the notes in 2-3 days after receiving a reimbursement from the foreign correspondent bank.

Payment of reimbursement on the notes submitted by the client for collection is made upon his presentation of a passport (or a substituting document) and on condition that he possesses a receipt of insolvent note collection.

5. Foreign currency authenticity check.
