Additional services
Depositors of our Bank have the possibility to:
- Transfer the deposit amount and the interest thereon to the card account opened with our Bank after the expiration of the deposit agreement, and monthly transfer to the card account the deposit interest with the monthly payment thereof.
- Transfer the deposit amount and the interest thereon to the card account opened with any bank on the territory of Ukraine after the expiration of the deposit agreement.
- Provide the Bank with a notarized power of attorney for a third party on the disposal of the account and the interest thereon.
- Execute a testamentary arrangement with our Bank.
- Place worn currency on the deposit.
- Execute a power of attorney for the disposal of the deposited funds.
- Cancel the power of attorney and testamentary arrangement.
Advantages of executing a testamentary arrangement with the Bank.
- A testamentary arrangement is certified directly by a Bank employee upon the execution of a deposit agreement. There is no need to refer to a notary, pay for his services, and state duties.
- The amount under the testamentary arrangement is not included in the total estate. The person indicated in the testamentary agreement has the preemptive right to receive the deposit and interest regardless of any other heirs.
Power of attorney for the disposal of deposited funds.
- Entitles a third party to dispose of the deposit funds and/or the interest credited thereon on par with the depositor.
- The depositor is entitled to issue an unlimited number of powers of attorney to different individuals regarding the deposit.
- The depositor is entitled to cancel a power of attorney, thus excluding the persons entitled to dispose of the deposit and the interest.
