To the attention of Bank depositors
We would like to notify you that PJSCCB PRAVEX-BANK, as a financial institution which rigorously observes the normative documents of the National Bank of Ukraine, according to, in particular, the requirements of the Resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine Board dated 23.03.2009 No. 159 "On the Approval of the Modifications to Certain Legislative Acts of the National Bank of Ukraine on Attracting Deposits and Accounting" would like to communicate to its clients information regarding term deposit accounting changes.
In connection with the above, we would ask you to come to the Bank outlet where your deposit agreement is executed to make the respective amendments to your agreement, which would ensure the observation of the respective NBU Resolution; namely, bringing internal bank deposit accounting into compliance with the new requirements of the NBU.
The Board kindly asks you not to worry, since making amendments to the valid bank deposit agreements will in no way affect the deposit conditions in our Bank.
In addition to the above, we would like to assure you that the said NBU Resolution will in no way affect the reliability of the bank deposits - all your deposits are well protected by PJSCCB PRAVEX-BANK, a member of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, and the Individual Deposits Assurance Fund in which our Bank participates.
