How to send or receive a transfer
•To send a money transfer in the Western Union system you need to:
- Apply to the nearest PRAVEX-BANK branch, fill in the "Money sending" form, and pay for the service.
- Give the Western Union operator the completed form and the money.
- Necessarily receive a client copy of the form with the control number.
- Notify the sender that the money has been transferred, and communicate the transfer amount and control number.
•To receive a money transfer in the Western Union system you need to:
- Apply to the nearest PRAVEX-BANK branch, notify a Western Union operator of the necessary transfer data (the sender, the country and the city from where the transfer was sent, transfer amount).
- Present identity documents to the Western Union operator.
- Necessarily receive a client copy of the form with the control number.
